How realfly works

How a realfly video is made

1. Create a project: the listing address, your agent client, the format and length.

2. Upload the floor plan and 8 to 40 listing photos, and tag each photo with what it shows (the photo checklist).

3. Put the rooms in flight order on the tour-order screen, then create the video.

4. We build a draft. You review it, re-run anything you don't like, and approve it.

5. The final videos (16:9, 9:16 and unbranded MLS cuts) go to your white-label share page. Nothing reaches your client until you approve it.

Why we need the floor plan

The flythrough is planned as one continuous flight through the home, so we need to know how the rooms connect. Upload the floor plan as a PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP (up to 25 MB). Agents can usually get it from the listing or the photographer.

No floor plan? Tick "I don't have a floor plan". Without a floor plan the flight path is guessed from the photos alone. Rooms may be visited in an order that doesn't match the real layout, and doorways between them may be skipped. Upload one if you can get it from the agent or the listing.

You can also add or replace the floor plan on the tour-order screen before you create the video.

The photo checklist: which shots to take

Upload 8 to 40 photos. A one-take flight needs the shots that join the spaces up:

• the exterior approach (from the street or driveway), • the front door from outside, • the entry (just inside the door), • each room shot from its doorway, • the connecting hallways, • the backyard.

Tag each photo with what it shows; the checklist flags anything missing. Missing shots don't block you, but the flight has to guess those parts. Mark "No backyard" or "No hallways" if the home doesn't have them.

Full-resolution originals work best (long edge 1600 px or more). Photos with people in them, and mirrors, are harder to animate faithfully.

Putting rooms in flight order

On the tour-order screen, each room is one card with its photos. Drag the cards (or use the arrows) into the order the camera should fly: outside, in through the front door, through the rooms, out to the yard. Use the floor plan beside the list as your guide.

If a photo is in the wrong room, change its tag under the thumbnail. Save the order, then press Create video.

Reviewing a draft and re-running a shot

Each video includes 6 free shot re-runs before you approve it. On the project page, find the shot you don't like and press "Re-run this shot"; we generate it again with a different seed and rebuild the draft. You can also do it from this help panel while the draft is in review.

Every shot either passes our accuracy check or is replaced by a no-invention photo move made from your original photo, so nothing in the video invents rooms, windows or furniture.

Approving the draft locks it and renders the final videos. You're responsible for checking every video before it reaches your client.

Credits

1 credit = one ~30 second video. A ~60 second video costs 2 credits. Credits are only used when a video is delivered.

A ~30 s video costs 1 credit and a ~60 s video 2.

Unused credits roll over month to month while your subscription is active, for up to 12 months from the date they were issued. The oldest credits are used first.

Top-up credits cost US$15 / A$23 each; choose how many at checkout. They need an active plan and follow the same 12-month rollover and cancellation rules.

Plans and prices

Starter US$29/month (A$45), 2 credits. Pro US$149/month (A$229), 12 credits. Agency US$349/month (A$539), 32 credits.

No plan puts realfly marks on your videos. Your own logo on the video is a Pro and Agency feature; Starter videos carry your name and phone number.

Annual billing: pay for 10 months, get 12 (2 months free). The whole year's credits are added when the annual payment goes through.

Top-ups: US$15 (A$23) per credit.

Change plan any time from Billing → Manage billing.

The 7-day Pro trial

US$1 (A$2) for a 7-day trial of Pro with 1 credit (one ~30 second video, no watermark). On day 7 it becomes Pro at US$149/month (A$229 in Australia) unless you cancel or switch plans first. We email you 3 days before. One trial per account and per card. Your trial credit is yours to keep if you cancel or switch.

In short: US$1 today, then US$149/month from day 7. Cancel or switch plans anytime before then.

We email you 3 days before the trial ends, with one-click links to cancel or switch. You can also cancel or switch from Billing at any time; it takes one click and you keep your trial credit.

Cancelling

If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Remaining plan and top-up credits are forfeited when the subscription ends.

Subscriptions cannot be paused. You can cancel at any time and subscribe again later.

During the 7-day trial, cancelling means nothing more is charged: use Cancel trial on the Billing page.

Refunds and failed videos

If a video still can't pass our accuracy checks after its automatic re-generations and re-runs, its credit is returned automatically. Every shot either passes our accuracy check or is replaced by a no-invention photo move; if we can't produce that, the video fails and you're not charged. Otherwise all sales are final.

A failed video never uses a credit: credits are only used when a video is delivered.

The AI disclosure label

An AI-disclosure label is on every video by default. You can switch it off for a project; if you do, you accept responsibility for meeting the disclosure rules in your market, and the change is recorded.

California (AB 723) and Wisconsin listings, and the unbranded MLS cuts, show a stronger warning before you can switch the label off. Check your MLS and local rules.

White label and your brand kit

Your clients never see realfly: the share page, videos and emails use your brand kit (Brand kit in the menu).

Videos carry your name and phone on the lower third and end card. Your logo appears on the share page on every plan, and on the video itself on Pro and Agency.

Mark as sold, and lead suggestions

When a client buys a video, open the project and click "Mark as sold". The sale price is optional and only you see it. Your dashboard counts sold videos and the sales you recorded. You can undo it.

If a delivered video isn't marked as sold 24 hours after delivery, we email you once with up to 8 real-estate agencies near the property (agency name, office phone, website, Google Maps link, all from public business listings), the share-page link and two short outreach scripts. Never more than one email per video, and at most 3 a week.

Reach out responsibly: introduce yourself and your business, keep it relevant to their listings, include your business details and an easy opt-out, honour opt-outs straight away, and send at most one follow-up. Calling the office is often simplest. In Germany and Austria (and in practice Italy, Spain and Denmark) cold business email needs prior consent, so call or visit instead. Only show the video to other agents if your client allows it. This isn't legal advice.

Photo rights

You must own or be licensed to use the photos, including to make AI-animated video. Check your photographer's licence covers derivative video. Your confirmation is recorded on each project.
